Order Status / Shipping Delays

Standard orders process in 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

While most items are in stock we do have to reprint based on demand.  If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days your item is being printed to order. 

*Items printed to order could take up to 10 business days to process.

Rest assured our team is working as fast as possible to print, fulfill and ship your order!  All orders are custom printed in-house in Denton, TX.

FAQ

Has my order shipped yet? 

Once an order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email - please check your email's inbox and spam folder for this email to get all of your tracking info. 

 

My tracking info tells me that my package has been delivered but isn't here/my package is in a different state/my package was delivered to the wrong address. Can you help me? 

Once your package leaves our shop in the hands of our carriers we receive the same tracking info that you do. Please contact the carrier directly first about any issues with the delivery of your package and then let us know so we can help with a solution on our end.

 

Can I return or exchange an item?

Returns for store credit are accepted within 14 days of purchase or 14 days from order delivery date.  Items must be unworn and in new condition.
